COVID-19 Outbreak Information for Our Patients 

 
 

During these unprecedented times, our primary focus is our patients’ safety, their well-being, and health. Eye Priority’s commitment to our patients and to our community is unwavering. We have implemented rigorous hygiene and social distance protocols, in our office from the very beginning of the outbreak.

We are excited to announce that, as of Monday, May 18th, we have implemented rigorous hygiene and social distancing protocols, consistent with recommendations from the US CDC and the Arizona Department of Health Services, and are now able to safely conduct routine eye exams by appointment.

Here are some of the changes we have put in place:

  • We are requiring every patient and staff member to wear a mask, at all times.

  • We are keeping our doors locked and are asking that you call when you arrive. You will need an appointment for all your needs. This includes picking up glasses or contacts, buying new glasses, adjustments and repairs, or picking up any of your other eye care needs. We are flexible with our times, but this ensures that we can keep everything sanitized and helps to control the amount of people in our office.

  • We will continue to thoroughly sanitize every frame that is tried on, every piece of equipment, and every surface in our office after each patient.

  • We will continue to offer free shipping for any contact lens order of 2 boxes or more to your home. We can also ship your glasses to you for a small fee.

  • If you are having any urgent vision or eyewear problems please call us and we will make after-hours arrangements.

For Patients with Current Appointments

PLEASE HELP US BY FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES:

  • ONLY THE SCHEDULED PATIENT IS ALLOWED IN THE OFFICE (EXCEPT MINORS UNDER 10YRS OLD)

  • A MASK OR FACE-COVERING MUST BE WORN

  • MAINTAIN PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING (6FT)

  • IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE MAKE PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE

  • UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, PLEASE CALL 480-893-2300 TO CHECK-IN AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN TO ENTER

  • IF YOU ARE ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD FEELS ILL PLEASE STAY HOME
