Anti-fatigue Lenses
When we look in the distance, our eyes are relaxed. When we look at things close to us, there are muscles in our eyes that are activated to help us focus. In today's world, we are looking at things up close more than ever. Work, school, and play are often all on our devices, our computers, tablets and phones. With that much more screen time, our eyes are having to focus more than ever, causing more fatigue than ever. While there are ways we can ease the load our eyes have to carry (things like taking more frequent breaks while on devices), there are anti-fatigue lenses that can significantly help. These lenses provide the good distance vision we are used to, but at the bottom of the lenses is a little bit of a reading add boost. This boost is in an area of the lenses that we use when we are looking at screens, allowing our eyes to relax a bit and not have to work so hard to focus.
Anti-reflective Lens Coatings
Anti-reflective coatings enhance your glasses by reducing glare. Lenses are attractively clear and look invisible so your eyes can be seen and you look your best in your glasses. Your eyes are protected from the distraction and fatigue caused by glare from oncoming headlights or by reflections from computer screens or overhead lighting. AR coatings also improve the scratch-resistance of your lenses and help keep your glasses cleaner.
